These policies govern authenticity, disclosure, and grading verification for all marketplace listings, with extra emphasis on trading cards. Sellers are responsible for knowing and following them.
Counterfeit or fake cards may not be listed. Any reprint or reproduction card must be clearly labeled as such in both the listing fields and the photos. Selling a counterfeit card as authentic results in listing removal, a refund to the buyer, and escalating account consequences.
Sellers must disclose every known defect — corner whitening, surface scratches, print lines, centering issues, trimmed edges, creases, or any alteration. Reprint or reproduction cards must be flagged. Enter "None" in the defects field only if the card is genuinely clean. Hiding defects to make a sale is a policy violation.
If a card has been through a third-party grading service (PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or SGC), the seller must select that service and enter the cert number printed on the slab. Buyers can verify cert numbers directly with the grading service. Listing a slabbed card without its cert number, or using a cert number that does not match the card, is not allowed.
Cards above a set value threshold may be subject to additional authentication or verification before or after a sale. The platform may request additional photos, the slab's cert verification, or other proof of authenticity for high-value transactions.
Confirmed misgrading, undisclosed defects, or counterfeit sales carry escalating consequences: a warning first, then suspension of selling privileges, then a permanent ban. Seller ratings and history are tracked so repeat misrepresentation is visible to buyers.
