1. Using bigflipz

•You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
•You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
•bigflipz grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for lawful buying and selling activity.

2. Marketplace conduct

•Sellers must list only items they own and are authorized to sell, with accurate titles, descriptions, and photos.
•Counterfeit goods, prohibited items, and anything infringing intellectual property are not allowed.
•Buyers must pay promptly and sellers must ship within the stated handling time.
•All users must communicate respectfully. Harassment, fraud, and abuse will result in account suspension.

3. Transactions & fees

•Payments are processed by Stripe. The platform charges sellers a tiered transaction fee: 9% under $50, 8% for $50–$500, and 6.5% over $500, deducted from the seller's payout.
•Sellers are responsible for accurate shipping costs and timely fulfillment.
•Returns and refunds are handled per our return policy; the platform may mediate disputes.

4. Disclaimers & liability

•bigflipz is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
•We are not liable for the actions or inactions of users, including non-delivery, misrepresentation, or payment disputes.
•The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of bigflipz after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions or disputes, open a support ticket and our team will assist you.
